always blundering in
the ceramic captains of earth
we have it all
we know it all
we **** for fun much less war
yet again there it is
yon herdsmen from the mountains
shows its not what you know
its who you
its inner spirit
less guile like serpents
who crawls to bite
or rings apple luscious and ripe
only as always
roll out tail in mouth disgraced
banished from paradise
carrying polluted cargoes out
but ye gods the captains have answers
forked tongues is best for double speeches
we won the war
we have the honeypot
do as we say and you get honey
and they never learn
that in the mountains and dusty trails
a lone voice said long long ago
man does not live by bread alone
