When you cannot imagine
because you've never been there,
but
what is imagining, if in that
you cannot share in the
being there?

It was midnight at two
no blue sky
I would have wondered
but know the reason why.

When the seagulls start screaming
I again know that I'm dreaming,
it's the chips
and how they fall.
life, death, who dares to draw the next breath? I draw an old age pension.
