He didn't give into the personal attacks they expected him to overreact or make a fuss. He never said anything about anyone. They gave him an ear full. He was sorry he couldn't live up to their demands and expectation he moved on with his life. Thankful for the talk and motivation.
He didn't always fit in but he gave his all took pride in whatever he was doing. He was anxious and more determined. To get it right do it his way since he didn't always have a choice or a say. He found joy outside of work ready to take step make moves in the right direction pursuing everything that he neglected without others interference/influence he knew the hard part was starting and staying on track.
