Broken
The shattered piece of the past
Keeps haunting my soul
The reminiscence that lasts
Started to depart as they crawl
Myriad tears had gotten
Thousands of aching hearts
The evil had just awaken
Breaking the most fragile parts.
The deceived had burst their outcry
Trumpets of the roaring doom
Then they sang the lullaby
As the melodies mend my weary bones.
Now as they lead the lost flock
My soul had evoked something from someone
A fleeting fantasy that cracks
A smile from a broken man.
