When you hold hatred in your mind
for someone

the hatred captures you as much as them
because your mind becomes consumed by them,
by revenge, by what you'll like to do to them
by anger

by what you'll like to happen to them
and so on and so on
it goes

your mind is no longer yours
its now owned by the one or ones you hate
who stays there and agitate your mind

why should I give anyone that power over me
No, I don't carry hate
I do not hold hatred in my mind
for anyone
