Help me, Lord, to do your will,
During each night and each day;
Help me, Lord to be like you,            
In your presence help me stay.

Help me to be courageous,
And stand up for what is right;
Lord, rid me of life's darkness,
Always be my Guiding Light.      

When your help, I'm in need most,
Close to me, Lord, there then be;
When in life, I appear blind,
Help me, Lord,  to clearly see.

Your love I am in need of,
Lord, show me how I 'm to love.
