Mental Health Issues

They call me a mental health issue
they call me, one that is at risk
they think I could top myself
maybe slit my thinning wrist

Yes I have problems
and rather messed in the head
but who did this to me
what and whom did break me

I remember when I was young
throwing cowboy and Indians into coal fires
I'd watch them melt at a distance
just as governmental laws did us

And when we came back f*ked up
they did not give a dogs a
se about us
for we were used and truly abused
and we all have mental health issues
