i don't care if we are on the run, baby, as long as i'm next to you*

Sirens ablaze,
hearts held close,
a refugee,
but with you I feel at home.

Not more than a morsel of chocolate,
to sustain myself.
I get all my life from you,
without you i've got nothing to lose.

Who wants that perfect love story anyway?
Running away- we learnt,
we could be at home anywhere,
as long as we had each other.
