I felt alive, as I took my final breath
Don't you cry, I've found redemption in my death
Home isn't where your heart is,
Or where you hang your enemies head
but wherever the beautiful woman is,
that I woke up, laying next to, in bed

My headstone shouldn't be grieved upon
I am just a poet, a scholar, and a man
It's always darkest before the dawn,
And the dawn now comes, again
