If you never been in my shoes?
Then don't tell me to shut up and play.
Be real, be honest this easy for you to say.

Have you ever witness your people served through the back door?
Have you been denied service at the counter mainly turned away because of your color?

If you never been in my shoes?
Then keep quiet with your privileged views.
Cause you never ever been in my people's shoes.
So this easy to say be quiet and play.

Have you been called "boy" when obviously you are a man?
Have you ever?
Have you been killed because of a twisted opinion of looking at another?

Has the political establishment been harder on your race?
Or protect you because of the control of power.
Many convicted and died and survive because of various lies.

So what pain been inflicted upon you?
