Who could believe
What happened back then
When I was a little wee lad
I could climb a tall tree
Play reveille
With a bugle given to me by my dad
I’d wake up the town
With that loud trumpet sound
And to be honest, I wasn’t that bad
The people would stand
Raise their right hand
And salute with the pride that they had
