Took a gasp of breath,
Free a mind in curfew.
Breathe air fresh in my head,
Bring myself up, try to renew.

Hold my core down,
Conscience lets hold of me,
Something bigger than me, I found!
My heart beats joy to glee.

Grown to a giant,
Yet the heart's still young;
Thoughts of all kind,
The mind has strung.

Things grew on me,
Kept all in, lose my energy.
The sky is falling,
The high feels heavy,
As I lie on beds spinning,
I pray down one knee.

Behind closed curtains,
Behind the light,
Lies a place I journey,
Lies all secrets, all things I hide.

Beyond a smile, beyond bliss,
Happiness or the abyss.
Grown through tears and deep I sink.
Rised through ashes in a blink.

The neck hurts,
The brain yet to explode,
In thoughts of all kind, piled into one.
Lost every ounce of me, Am I done?

Into oblivion, into vain
All anxiety, stress and pain.
The mind maze awakes,
Pulled down to the knees, I lie on my face.

Find my way,
Breathe my air, took a gasp of breath,
Count blessings to find remedy,
Calm my mind, hold my conscience,
After all, am I ready?
Anxiety, stress, and the tireless stretches of the materialistic world enslaves every individual and learning to escape and defy such difficulties can all the more refreshen and puts much meaning in life; away from society, away from hectic life........ Breathe the fresh air and nature can help reflect your life and journey.....
