When the whistle blows the day comes to end
And I'm home alone until it blows again
I work all day. I rest all night
I guess you would say that's my life

And once I had dreams but they were far-fetched
I blew to the right; they blew to the left
Now the world's 2D no matter what size the screen
And people don’t touch me - just like in a dream

I don’t believe in a god, so there's no reason why
I should howl at the moon or reach for the sky
All reason behind, now there's no reasons left
I did what I could and lived with the rest

When the whistle blows the day it begins
Then I work 'til I'm tired and head home again
Don't know if I've lost, don't feel like a win
Took one in the heart, Took one in the chin.
