March not a story of the Month of March and not for Military Soldiers
But all Men, Woman and Children, March my Civil Rights Soldiers
It’s surrounds the Civil Rights Movement
The call for Freedom and Understanding
The man behind the mission, Dr. Martin Luther King
A strong voice echoed out, “We shall overcome
The struggle centered on Race
The aftermath in bringing all races together in unity
Time was and even now an essence
Hatred among foes
At times it might going face to face
Determination and commitment can and should never erase
Dedication at every bound
Name calling having negative vibes in sounds
Push on my Brothers and Sisters
No time to stop but keep the movement going
The Thunder roared, and lightning flashed
We are the people that will get to the Promised Land
It is hope, Freedom, Honor and Dignity
Dr. Martin Luther King saw the dream in advance
He saw opportunity in chance
The movement became mainstream
The energy with self-esteem added to the steam
Civil Rights had to go worldwide like an enterprise
The results in helping the world to realize
Race wasn’t a wrong, but it was where coming together belonged
Foes were again, but the fact being, we all deserved to be among
It didn’t matter of creed and nationality
Race coming together as one was going to be a reality
The hills seems high to climb
But the struggle was going to be victory at the top
But don’t tire nor stop
So this day, we honor the Mighty, Dr. Martin Luther king
Remembering his legacy
But the work is not complete
There is ******* of deceit
The sunrise has risen, but it is not a new day
It’s a day within all of us to continue in the Civil Rights fight
My Brothers and Sisters, please don’t take that light
Push for Justice with all your might
Change the struggle as we are still in a plight
The work won’t be complete until all Races as one body and soul
Behold, Heaven has and will continue to show us the way
We are the multitudes and God is our prize
But we must have understanding being realize
Yet, we must continue to be energized
Don’t tire
Encourage being inspire
We can’t let the Hour Glass expire
March on to victory
Let it be for glory
Our true leader from the start being Dr. Martin Luther King’s story
Eyes on Washington and the world
Recognize
Stand up and continue to stand up, march with a message
We will win this matter of Race Separation
Now that was Dr. Martin Luther King’s preparation
Let is legacy remain in us being our illustration
