They used to say,
Only in America.

Anyone can be anything they want to be
but you can't be me
because I'm taken,
it's very nice when you're took,
you don't have to keep looking
over your shoulder.

She says
that I look young
which of course I do
I tell her that's she's
beautiful
which of course is true.

Sometimes a lifetime has to pass by
before you can to begin to understand why
it was so long in the making.
