Hard to write memories fade
Old hurt no longer a comforting
Feeling bigger out growing it
Bad habits not the same
Moving forward too far to go back
Old enough to know better
Can't live that way anymore
Not who others made him out to be
Out of that place mentally
Away from everyone's insanity
