From the red clay roads to the white covered fields, I've traveled a long long way.
From the battlefield to the hospital rooms, I've came a really long long way.
From the orange stained sheets from the Georgia clay to the frozen icy grounds of my new home, I've come a long long way.
From a broken marriage without love to a forbidden love, I've come a long long way.
From a sadden heart to heart filled with joy, I've come a long long way.
From a grandeur picture to a picture of just you and I, I've come a long long way.
From mind that was so very troubled to a mind fixed on our plans, ive come a long long way.
From the days filled with our walks and talks to the moment im before you, I've come a long long way.
From every morning sun rises to the sunsets, I've come a long long way.
From the second I met you to the day we walk to our forever home, I've come a long long way.
From the long long way to now here I stay, I've found a love each and everyday in you.

Dedicated to my love, my Special K
