Jul 2013
a moment so fragile, so precious, so rare
that when you try to put it into words
even the most beautiful words fail you.
heaving shoulders heavy hearts
shaky breathing comforting arms
squid-shaped clouds against a gradient sky
tired eyes that close to let yourself fall apart.
pinky promises stay strong
something bigger than the both of us
looms,
but for now i think i could spend forever in your arms

contextually inappropriate but i felt the need to pen this down
it felt like something bigger
i am afraid of the deflation
please don't leave me empty again

so this was actually about a very sad day but i guess sometimes you do find the beauty in the sadness
