Bereavement
Without even
Reason to grieve
You’re still there,
Or somewhere
But now you get to leave
When you want
And I need
The lifeline
To the other side
Love is just greed
Soon enough
You’re with me
Then you’re my
Property
What I’d fight to retain with
In security
So align with some other landlord
And be claimed
Just remember above it all’s
Where we once reigned
