Nov 2020
once upon a time
i was just
sitting on the edge of an
gymnastic olympic size
swimming pool
in Rome Italy
well i got to thinkin'
what if i was just over 300 lbs
and
leaped so high in the sky
i could kiss them angel clouds, over there
then
a swan dive, a jack knife
finish up with a big-o-fat belly flop
and finally splashed water over everybody
while the fire alarms activated
then
who is going to give me some tender loving CPR
well
i hope it ain't that big fat hippodamus lady
wearing that polka dot red dress, sassy yellow stilettos pumps
and gold jewelry around her big neck-bone neck
well, come to find out that i was only daydreaming
with my ignorant self
