Nov 2020
she brought a French loaf
wrapped in tight cellophane
her days of éclairs were disappointing
this may just be what she really needed
to fill her up and satisfy her hunger pangs
she may love herself more and lessen frustration
and stop her obsessing over the whoppers sold in brown bakers
that she dreams about all the time her mouth watering for that taste
