Proud, without regrets.
Not enrage because you upset because I'm absorbing my blackness.
You the one that ruins our image.
We just take it back.

Embrace it.
Apologize not.
We are a creative force of people.

If not?
Why?
Do you constantly steal from us?
You never are above us.

Notice, how many of you trying to like us?
But barely can touch the surface.

Run, sure.
We aware certain folks intimidated by us.
So they out to **** us.
They have already been sanction to wear a gun and badge.
Then a few are up righteous people.

We soak of joy, within our skins.
While you seek various ways to get this tan.
Ours, are a forever pigmentation.

Then look t ow many other nations.
Some of you deny that you might be linked.
Least until exposed.

Then you admit to that certain percentage of color.

Except, you can't absorb your blackness.
All because you never will fit this image.
