Filly Shave
It was his, first blind date-
with a Filly, called winkers
So, just to be coy, he'd go
without blinkers
And though he was senior
a bit long in the tooth
He's shave with a Bulldogยฎ
to look ever so cute
They'd meet at the course
where both had friends racing
He turned up early, chin
grinding and pacing
While he was waiting, he
placed bets on the tote
But his chances of winning
were always remote
Then along in a canter
with haunches from Heaven
Her legs were divine and
her shoes a mere seven
He nickered she neighed
in their mutual salute
With his razor sharp muzzle
he looked quite astute
For a while she was thinking
that he might be aloof
But he later declared he'd
a frog in his hoof
They both took a saunter
by the parade ring
And there just by chance
was his ex, (her old fling)
She flashed them her teeth
and they both saw her bit
She was obviously bi,
the time came to admit
A filly indeed he recalled
to himself
'Tis now I remember she'd
a Bicยฎ on her shelf.
