Maybe i never wanted it,
Simple formalities
To bore those who stand informal.

Maybe I couldn’t give it,
Slippery slopes
Taking away my ability to feel.

But really,
You didn’t want it,
So I never gave it.
Every action has an equal-opposite reaction, my feelings reciprocated your own, and now you’re long gone. I wish you well, my friend.
