Poetry
We don’t see each other anymore
We don’t contact each other anymore
We know our location but never come visit
So close yet so far
The only thing keeping us close is
Poetry
Poetry is our language
when I see you post on social media
People might not understand but I read and I know
The way we use to look at each other
We both knew.
Thank you for being a dangerously beautiful story that was part of my life.
I had fun.
As she says with a smile. Remembering the streets of New York they as they use to along walked together.
