We are born into this world
We laugh we breathe we cry
Then in the span of a few short years
Within a grave we lie

Life comes to us so quickly
As God gives to us his living breath
Then just as quickly we are gone
And our heart is stilled in death

We go to sleep each night
As visions and dreams of life fill our head
Never thinking we shall no more rise
For in the morning we are dead

Where will our life take us?
What treasure will we  reap?
Will our souls reward be hell?
Or eternity in heaven sweet.
