I remember.
I remember those that didn't think we would make it.
Now, they without the one they love.
There has moved on.

I remember those that threw up so many obstacles.
And now they simply alone.
Yes, I remember them.
But they shocked that we are still together.

I remember all the whispers.
When they thought we weren't listening?
A few now have misgiven.
Because our genuine love has kept us together.

I remember those that supported us.
Encourage us to overlook the naysayers.
Yes, I remember them.
Have a high regard for them.

I remember so many things.
But I remember more than anything the love you gave to me.
