See you on the street
Hauling that battered bag
Around
Matching your pants
And top
Bleeding toes poking
Out of hole made
Shoes
What are you carrying
Crusts of bread from
Yesterday's trash
Could I bring you
A clean bag
With clean shirt
And pants
New shoes to
Walk in
What can I do
To lighten your
Load
And just not go
By
And say Tssskkk
