Listen to me as I speak
Please don’t retreat
You said I have no soul
Yet it is my words that are fully whole
But with soul comes spirit
With honor comes merit
You think you understand
But I am my own man
I speak on trust and solitude
But let me add love to include
There are times I search for an interlude
But lately my life surrounds a prelude
I don’t need to introduce myself
I am Solo, and don’t follow everybody else
This world is a revolving life
There are times in life you must gain advice
It maybe good or bad
But that is the tad
My wardrobe might be plaid
But remember, I am a gentlemen referred to as a Lad
I won’t say again
Because I am at the end
