I saw my friend
with disdain on his face
limited prospects on his job searches
despite being well qualified
he said scathelingly
" they say, *** is the most common
and cheapest form of entertainment
for the masses,
they most have *** ingrained on their brain.
Don't they think of nothing else.
I laughed and inquired as to the acidic tone
"oh he replied,
look at their women who appeared to want
to be noticed, almost like advertising their wares.
it probably explains their lowly status,
most of them anyway
endup in unskilled position or menial labour
with *** on the brains they have no time for studying
why would they want the rigours of University
when all they think about is bonking their brains out
and making fatherless babies
little wonder their men never grow up"

"well yes, but it was never a priority above all else,
I'm jobless. with pressing responsibilities
do you think I honestly go around, with bills to pay
the Pandemic and crazies about the place
and I think, yes, ***! oh I want ***.
NO, I am not that stupid or indulgent
and I am certainly not base and hedonistic"
Smiling, I patted his shoulder sympathetically
bade him farewell
I totally get his point, they mirror mine actually....
there are lots of simple people around
