The Cliff Hanger
The person was dangling for life
All alone
A name that is unknown
Giving away to the possibilities
Holding on tightly that could become a tragedy
One could yell, but who would hear?
One could pray, but still hold fear?
Alone being a Cliff Hanger in danger
A give way could become finally giving in
It could very well be how the story will end
A beginning that was a start
The situation might extend into depart
Hope must be focused
Doubt completely ruled out
Somewhere somehow the situation will be worked about
Is tomorrow a conclusion?
Does one mind form an illusion?
But the Cliff Hanger got a rescue
It was in due time
One survived to tell
It was a matter in believing hope
That’s how the Cliff Hanger was able to cope
The Cliff Hanger knows
Hang tough and be tough
A tight situation might be rough
But once again, hang tough and be tough spiritually
