It happened at a street bar
The bar was in the heart of town being only two blocks not far
It was raining out
Yet people were moving swiftly about
A woman entered the bar for a drink
Minutes later, a man entered, but his mind was on something I think
Now it is clear that the man and the woman were sitting side by side
But there was no talk at first with a reside
But remember, the man and the woman are strangers, and really have no reason to talk
Neither one wanted to act as if it was a stalk
The man and the woman concentrated on their drinks
They were probably thinking on how good or bad their day went
It didn’t matter, the man and woman drinks felt heaven sent
Suddenly, the drinks brought on a conversation
At least that was one revelation
There was finally talking engagement
Could it be the alcohol was doing the maneuvering?
However, on the bar stool, the man and woman looked like they were a couple
They really got to know each in talk
The man invited the woman to his place
She followed being a trace
The bar stool is finally free to breathe
Then again, the bar stool might have felt received
As what happened to our man and woman couple?
The bar stool and I won’t say
But as far as I know, the man and the woman couple are still together on this day.
