It’s tugs at my emotions
Grabs hold my broken soul
Tear streams running down my face
Tears only you could know
I come from drowning waters
In search of my home
Going out to find my daughters
Good lord I’m free to roam
Good lord I’m free to roam
I’ve been lost with no connection
To the people that I’ve known
A stranger in a foreign land
My God, how much I’ve grown
I’ve learned things I’ve never thought of
About myself while I’m alone
It’s not what you say but how you say it
It’s with your words and tone
I’ll soon locate my dearly loved ones
Up till now had been postponed
Grab my hand and hold on to it
Come sit beside me on my throne
Come sit beside me on my throne
Come sit beside me on my throne
