To me,
Meditation
is not to simply sit and be calm;
it is to simply let your Mind be as it is when it is left alone,
and to try to allow it to just become calm.

Tranquil.

Sit back, in your head,
and pay attention.

Observe your Mind:
Notice the Ripples.

The Ripples,
as if those of a Pond,
slowly begin to settle;
Alas, you slowly become able
to see through the Distortions.
Like anything;
with practice
it becomes easier.
