In moonlight I watch the ocean ripples
Icy hues in clouds, over the water
Reviving in mind what's long forgotten
How close to perceive you once more

Reached to the margins of water
Mirroring the blaze of our vows
When clouds take thee
with its chronic fervor, they drift away

Long daunted, yet serene
Eye for an eye
Pulled me in one more time
Yield me bloodless...
