Lies to yourself
Hearts broken
Left to wail
Because of words
Better left unspoken
Your existence consumed
By misery and pain
Trying so hard
To wake from this dream
You bleed your pains out
Containing the screams
Of agony and despair
You died inside, but you did not shout
Tell yourself, she loves you
Tell yourself, she'll try
Tell yourself another lie
Tell yourself she'd never say goodbye
You believed every word of love
For you to know it is all lie
Yet you still trust and believe
Only to find yourself in a pit you- yourself shoved
The moment you believe in your own lies is also the moment you lost trust to everyone, even yourself.
