What it takes
To get likes
In this world anymore
Doesn’t seem to compute
Or restore
To my norm
Was of you
Seeming always
To view
Me with as
Disproportionate
Has been
The love you once had
For you must
Have felt something
I know it for sure
For you dragged my dread carcass
Back up off the floor
A few times at least
Known
Other times are now
Gone
And the being without you
Makes death of the dawn
