As i awoke to a heavy downpour
I felt a chill down my body
Coldness wrapping against my skin
Ice cold feet beyond my blanket

Turned around to see
A white wall against my face
Touched with my warm hands
Warm hands turned cold

As i hear the rain drops fall
My tears also did the same
Petrichor, it reminded me
Of the days shared with you
