She’d have to be
Close to
Perfection
To settle
The subtle,
Befuddling,
Fluttering
Stutter
All cluttered
In shortness of words
That I struggle
To utter
Some other subconsciousness
Unbeknownst lover
Discovered at just the right
Least expect moment
I let down my guard
And on her
Only focus
Like when
The end-seeking
What you never find
Enters into your life
Like a chill
Down the spine
She would have to be into
My mind
But not mine
Wouldn’t want her submission
Just someone to listen
And kiss me
For simply
Existing
Sometimes
