She gave to me 5diamonds
and a heart
that never stops pining
she was there
when I let the light in
she was there in my sin
I never win what I lose
when I play the blues
I feel the groove
the grain of the wood
smooth to the touch
compressed too much
dust becomes rust
is orange yet gold
amber in the snow
a melody a hope
flickers tone less
against the ocean below
eight is six steps left
gate on the latch
a window ledge
is still ground opens
loud a yawn a mouth
to full to speak
says nothing worth
hearing love is war
is love all we need
is peace then more
fire in the streets
for those in the valley
fire is neat like ***
drink up hum
machinery spins
to touch infinity is a rush
beyond measure is the bush
lush.
