Quite simple
Really
You miss me
Is all you need say
Could just kiss you,
Admit to
What you stole away
And surrendered
As recompense
For such a crime
Against my
Constant warring
At ease
Peace of mind
Since it certainly
Wasn’t
The heart
I misplaced
Long ago,
Long before
In the cold
Wastes of space
Searching for
The sun’s warmth
Melting in
Your embrace
What I felt
Couldn’t possibly be
Here on earth,
Near to me
Dearly worth
All the worthless existences
Birthed in the dirt
And the dearth
Of the instances
Glimpsing
Forever
And every together
Tether
I must sever
