Reality an unwelcome intruder

bills, what could be ruder

want to stay in a place of illusion

facts cause too much confusion

don’t tell me the truth, tell me what I want to hear

of flattery and guise I have no fear

I live in a world of my creation

can say, I’ll never move, with no hesitation
