I remember your smile,
I remember your voice.
I remember how many times
You told me how you felt when you first saw me.
I felt so giddy.
I can see your face, your lips.
I can feel the high energy you had near me.
I can feel the electricity between us.
I know how it feels to wake up smiling.
Beside you.
I can feel how hard it was for you.
To sit there and tell me that the one before.
Was carrying your baby.
I promised we would be friends.
Who knew that friendship would be so amazing.
And so difficult.
We both knew we needed each other in our lives.
We couldnt let go.
I love our conversations.
I read what you wrote me.
You are so happy to have me in your life to support you.
But, we grab each other close again
Our lips touch and we cant stop ourselves.
