May 2013
His feathers untouched like sleek skin
His wings just found the color blue
Any **** worth a while is forgiven
When Jay bird sings I hear the truth
On a branch outside my window
Perched on stem as if by glue
He doesn't waiver in the silence
While he sings to me the blues

Jay birds silhouette on the grey clouds
Is a hole through to the bright sky
The rhythm I hear is perfect
Almost as if he doesn't even try
Jay bird please stay
Though i know you must fly
Stay and sing me the blues
As only a blue Jay could
