X
Aren’t they beautiful
The fields full of flies
Buzzing and nuzzling
Into the yellow
And the red
Flowers
And the green
And the serene
Grass
Isn’t it beautiful
The sea
The clear blue sea
Shimmering
Glimmering
Under a tinge of orange
They call the sun
Floating on the ripples
Of the waves as they crash
Isn’t it wonderful
The chorus of nature
Bouncing of the trees
Rising from the earth
A voice
A channel
The orchestral hum
That will come
With its existence
Isn’t it shear delight
Mankind working
Friendships blooming
Kindness looming
Solidarity in full song
The place we all belong
Like the dreams
The world shares
And now we’re there
I now awake
And cough
In a land of the pope
And the place of liberty
Where Columbus sat
And many others follow
I believe inside
There’s hope
