You’re **** right,
We’re scared!
We were ill-prepared,
For the pandemic
Our intelligence feared
Months before it hit
Which the President
Refuses to admit

He failed to
Heed the warnings
That he was being sent
He just wouldn’t relent
Instead he played it down
Like the evidence
That was found
Was somehow unsound

Now it’s too little
And too late
And let me also state
We’re crushed by the weight
Of his ignorance
Which is so intense
That even to this day
We can’t believe what he has to say

And it won’t,
Just disappear
Or vanish
In thin air
So we had
Best prepare
For the worst
We have to fear
