The Emir's daughter
turned to the Palace Consort
who stood alongside her, and asked
"Am I supposed to believe that ***** threadbare
street urchin hawker, who just shouted out at me,
that I am not good enough "

In graceful decorum, they both walked away smiling benignly

In wise contemplation we learn to know
that those that live in glass-houses with eggshell floors
do throw stones and bricks and walk in heavy workmen boots

Integrity is having a strong set of ethical principles, being able to tell the truth no matter the consequences, admitting to a wrong even if you could get away without doing it.

We learned about honesty and integrity – that the truth matters… that you don’t take shortcuts or play by your own set of rules… and success doesn’t count unless you earn it fair and square.

When you are able to maintain your own highest standards of integrity – regardless of what others may do – you are destined for good.
The ideal man bears the accidents of life with dignity and grace, making the best of circumstances. Aristotle
