Remembering a best friend
I remember you
Best friends we were
In spirit we still are
Although time and distance and life have taken their toll
For one summer, it was true
Inseperable, like birds of a feather
Our fun would go very far
To this day, I still feel your role
The memories still feel new
Your influence, it does not falter
Although we are currently far
Let us, for memories sake, take a stroll
