I say that is somewhat true if
you aren't expecting any news

If you are waiting for some news
No news is high blood pressure
You don't think that is true?

Ask the man whose wife is in labour room
Or the woman who recently did a job interview
Or the family with a pending immigration application.

In some cases, good news is irreplaceable!
