Lesson Learned Once Again, part II

Thank you

Thank you for letting me know

That I've wasted my time

Thank you for letting me know

That my love is arbitrary

For letting me know early on

That feeling for you is pointless

For saving me the trouble

Of wanting more than a friendship

It took me a while

But I always figure it out

I went through the fire

And got burned without a doubt

But thanks to you

My burns are minor

Thanks to your generosity

I hardly even hate myself more than I already did
